Every service, and who it is actually for

Six paths, one exam. If your case fits none of them, Dr. Moran will say so and point you at the right clinician instead of starting a plan.

Chiropractic adjustment

Joint-by-joint work on the segments that stopped moving, by hand or with an instrument when the joint is too sore for pressure.

  • Neck, mid-back, lumbar and sacroiliac joints
  • Instrument option for irritated or arthritic segments
  • Range re-tested at the end of every visit

Disc and sciatica care

For leg pain, numbness and the ache that gets worse the longer you sit. Built to avoid surgery where the exam says surgery is avoidable.

  • Decompression positioning and graded traction
  • Nerve tension screening at each re-check
  • Loading plan so the disc tolerates real life again

Soft-tissue and regenerative therapy

The regenerative-leaning half of the practice: tissue that healed badly the first time gets loaded, treated and re-tested rather than rested.

  • Percussive and manual release along the whole chain
  • Laser and recovery protocols for tendon cases
  • Paired with adjustments in the same appointment

Auto injury and whiplash

Gentle care in the first fortnight, real loading after that, and documentation written so an adjuster can follow the case.

  • Same-week exam after a collision
  • Headache and jaw involvement checked, not assumed
  • Visit notes and records filed for the claim

Desk, drive and posture reset

For Atlanta commutes plus long laptop days. The adjustment holds longer once the seat, the screen and two habits change.

  • Chair, car seat and monitor setup reviewed
  • Two or three drills, not a twenty-minute routine
  • Progress judged by afternoons, not by a chart

Wellness maintenance

Once you are discharged, some bodies do better on a visit every four to eight weeks. Optional, never sold as a package.

  • Single visits, cancel or pause whenever
  • Re-exam twice a year to confirm it is still worth it
  • Priority slot if something flares between visits

How care is built

The adjustment and the tissue around it

An adjustment restores motion to a joint. Whether that motion stays depends on the muscle, fascia and habit wrapped around it — which is why almost every appointment here does both in one visit.

That pairing is also the reason chronic cases move. If a segment has been stuck for three years, restoring it once is a good afternoon; restoring it while the surrounding tissue is being reloaded is a change that survives the drive home.

Visit count up front

You leave the exam with a number and a discharge point.

Re-check every fourth visit

If the plan is not working, it changes out loud.

The first four weeks

From first phone call to first adjustment

One clinician, so nothing gets repeated back to you by someone who was not in the room.

1

The call back

You send a request, the desk calls the same working day and asks four questions to size the first appointment.

2

Exam and screen

Fifty-five minutes: history, movement and nerve testing, and a plain answer on whether chiropractic is the right tool.

3

First treatment

Usually the same visit — adjustment plus tissue work — unless a joint is too irritated to touch that day.

4

Re-check and release

Every fourth visit the plan is measured again, and you get discharged the moment the results say you can be.

Who this suits

Adults, chronic cases, second opinions

The practice is built for grown-up complaints: the back that has flared every spring since 2019, the neck that never recovered from a collision, the tendon that two rounds of rest did not fix.

What we do not do is just as clear — no pediatric care, no prepaid packages, no ninety-visit plans signed at the front desk. If your case needs a surgeon, a neurologist or a physical therapist, you get the name of one.

Not sure which path fits? Ask for the regenerative care consult on the visit request and describe it in your own words.
