Finding Suite C
What the first visit looks like
Suite C sits at the side of the building — walk past the main entrance and it is the door with the brick wall behind reception. Arrive five minutes early for paperwork; there is no online portal to set up first.
Bring anything you already have: imaging reports, a claim number after a collision, or the name of whoever treated it last. Wear clothes you can move in, because the exam includes real movement testing.
After a car accident, call rather than waiting for the form — those cases get seen the same week and the notes need starting early.
