Privacy Policy

This page covers preferredatl.ink — the website. Clinical records created once you become a patient are held separately under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is given to you in the office at the first visit.

What the site collects

• Details you type into the visit request: name, phone number, optional email, chosen reason for the visit, preferred day and window, and any note you add.
• Nothing else. There is no account, no login and no payment step on this website.

Why we ask for it

Only to call you back and schedule the appointment. Reason and preferred window tell the front desk how much time to block; the note tells Dr. Moran what to prepare for. We do not use the form to build a mailing list.

Please do not send sensitive detail here

The request form is a scheduling tool, not a clinical channel. Keep your note brief and general — full history, imaging and insurance detail are taken in the office, where they are protected properly.

Who sees a request

Dr. Audra Moran and the front desk at Preferred Chiropractic. Requests are not sold, rented or shared with advertisers or lead brokers. Information is disclosed outside the practice only when the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Requests that turn into appointments become part of your clinical file and follow Georgia record-retention rules. Requests that never become appointments are deleted within twelve months.

Cookies and measurement

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers to fetch them. Standard web-server logs record IP address, page and timestamp for security and uptime.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete a request that never became an appointment. Email Audra@preferredatl.ink or call (470) 435-3176.

Third parties

Hosting is provided by our infrastructure vendor; fonts by Google. Neither is given a copy of your visit request for their own purposes.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how requests are handled will be stated plainly on this page.
